The Transformational System of Yoga (Vinyasa Workshop)11/05/2019
During this 2 hour yoga workshop James will introduce you to the transformational system that is yoga. We’ll move beyond just the ‚asana‘ or physical practice and explore each of the 8 limbs of the holistic system of yoga. Each limb is designed to help one live a more balanced and ethical life whilst alleviating the suffering we create and encounter on our journey.
Understand and embrace the 8 limbs of yoga and you’ll be positioned to transcend the confines of the ego and move closer to your authentic nature and true purpose.
You can expect a vibrant vinyasa flow sequence suitable for all levels, introduction to and integration of each of the 8 limbs of yoga, yoga philosophy and ambient music.
You will leave feeling rinsed, refreshed and with a new perspective on the practice of yoga and life!
