In this workshop you will learn simple, easy and quick tools to support your nervous system through breathing.
It is an introduction to breath work and can help to get you ready and focused before going into a meeting, before a big presentation or simply managing stressful everyday situations. It can also help with sleeplessness or simply to replace that chocolate bar at 4 pm to get some extra energy.
